How long after purchasing before my upgrade/account is activated?

Upgrades and purchases are activated as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment from our payment service provider. This usually happens within 60 seconds, but occasionally can take longer.

If your upgrade or purchase has not been activated after 2 hours, check that you are logging into the account you upgraded and if so, contact us including the transaction numbers and item numbers from your receipt.
