How do I cancel/close my account?

If you are a premium user click on My Account once you login. At the bottom of the My account page you will see a button to downgrade your account. Workspace users can find the same downgrade button from their Admin section.

Please consider checking around the help centre for solutions to any problems you are having and remember that you can keep your free account open for as long as you want without penalty.
