How to I move files from the "Other Files" quota to the "Photos, Music & Videos" quota?
The space quota to which a file is assigned is determined by our system according to the type of file. Photos, Music and Videos in formats supported by our media player for viewing online are allocated to the "Photos, Music & Videos" quota. All other files, including media files that cannot be read by our media player are allocated to the "Other Files" quota.
You cannot force a file to occupy space in a different quota from that determined by our system, however you can upgrade your account to get any additional space you need.
